In Ayurveda, dosha <em>vata<\/em> is characterized by the combination of air and space<\/strong>, in other words, the principle of constant movement. However, this resurgence of movement in our environment is not without effect on us.<\/p>\n<p>How does it manifest? Well here are the symptoms:<\/p>\n<p>Nervousness, anxiety, fear<br \/>\nParched skin<br \/>\nconstipation, bloating<br \/>\nWeight loss<br \/>\nAversion to cold and wind<br \/>\nLight and split sleep<br \/>\nUnstable emotions<br \/>\nA tendency to think too much and worry<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-sep-clear\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;margin-top:40px;width:100%;\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-sep-clear\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\"><p>To rebalance an excess of <em>vata,<\/em>5 main principles:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Routine<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Discipline yourself to eat, work, sleep <strong>at fixed times<\/strong> and organize a daily schedule of yoga <strong>exercises<\/strong> or a physical practice that will not exhaust us<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Heat<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cover yourself to <strong>maintain body heat and avoid drafts.<\/strong> In terms of food, <strong>prefer cooked food<\/strong> to raw vegetables, use so-called warming spices as <strong>ginger, black pepper, cinnamon or cumin<\/strong>, do not drink cold drinks, but rather at room temperature or hot and finally <strong>Avoid bitter, astringent or pungent flavours<\/strong> and prefer sweet, sour or salty flavours<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Serenity<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Avoid all sources of emotional stress,<\/strong>surround yourself with smells, music, images and people that inspire you softness and calming, eat calmly, sleep between 6 and 8 hours a night, do pranayama exercises, reduce on the exciting ( caffeine, nicotine, etc.).<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Nutrition<\/strong><br \/>\nInclude <strong>good doses of vegetable oils or butter in your seasonings<\/strong>and massage the whole body daily with <strong>oil.<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<p><strong>5.
